rooted in the irreplaceable function of water for terrestrial life and society. 

Almost thirty years of its activities  resulted in preventing

construction of multiple unnecessary water dams,

revitalizing regions, and hydrating urban, forest and agricultural land.

We achieved this by civic mobilization supported by scientific and engineering knowledge.
